Returns Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book (except Special Order books) in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from this website, www.albanbooks.com, or from phone or written orders.

In the first instance, please contact our customer service team (contact details below) to receive a returns authorisation, indicating the reason for the return and including your invoice details.

Please note that Alban Books will not pay for return postage costs unless we have made a processing error or if the book is damaged or defective. If this is the case, please contact our customer service team first:

After you have received a returns authorisation from our customer service team (see above), you will be asked to send the returns package to the address below. Please include the invoice documentation with the book(s) and wrap the package securely. Please use a secure and traceable method of postage.
